I.C.A.R.E exists to meet the need of individuals to heal and move forward after difficulties whether great or small. We aim to provide a place of hope for healing from our past or current struggles and empowerment as we grow towards our future selves.
I.C.A.R.E seeks to meet each individual where they are with a heart of compassion. I.C.A.R.E seeks to demonstrate an essence of hope to spur individuals in their endeavors to take charge of their lives, atmosphere, family and community for the better. We aim to aid in efforts of personal growth by providing a nonjudgmental space and presenting tools that will bolster individual skills necessary for stabilization leading to personal and interpersonal gains.
Hope: We expect with confidence good things to happen and provide tools to aid along the way.
Empowerment: Building confidence leads to an awareness of ones intrinsic value and worth; once understood and embraced we are able to navigate life’s challenges more gracefully.
Growth: It is imperative that seeds are planted in a safe and nurturing atmosphere and watered to promote growth; our lives are no different than nature’s great wonders. Life is marked through clear signs of development.
Compassionate Care and Empathy: Meeting one with kindness and empathetic understanding garners a connection that opens the door for recovery, healing and restorative processes.
Authenticity and Genuineness: Genuine encounters are transformative. It is imperative for one to understand and walk in their authentic self; this frees us to engage in genuine encounters with others.
