Clinical Supervision
ICARE offers clinical supervision for state licensure for LCMHC-A. We are currently accepting new counselors.
At ICARE, we believe that clinical supervision is an opportunity to assist new professionals in making successful connections from books to clinical practice. We honor the fact that we are ‘gatekeepers’ of the profession and use the roles of teaching, counseling, consultation/mentoring, and evaluation to ensure the success of future clinicians in practice. As clinical supervisors, we not only ensure that the supervisee increases their knowledge and skills to practice as competent clinicians, but we are also ensuring their clients receive optimal care.
We believe in nurturing and working collaboratively with supervisees as they learn more about themselves, and the helping profession, along with honing clinical and professional skills. Our supervisors have over 20 years of clinical experience and look forward to walking with you along the journey as you grow your skills and confidence in the counseling space. Individual and Group Supervision opportunities are available.

Clinical Peer Consultation
Being an outpatient therapist outside of an agency or hospital setting can be an isolating endeavor. We know that this can lead to increased burnout, imposter syndrome, anxiety, and various other challenges in the work that we do. At ICARE we believe in community, collaboration, and supporting each other! We are honored to branch out and include our colleagues through peer consultation. We offer the opportunity to discuss and conceptualize difficult cases, share interventions, discuss current trends, and build community.
