Our Services

  • Comprehensive Clinical Assessment

Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (CCA) is a formal assessment that is completed at intake and as a standalone service at ICARE. The CCA gathers information regarding current concerns, problems or needs, symptoms, behaviors, and how these impact your daily life. It explores family history, current health (mental, physical, emotional), social and relational dynamics, strengths, and goals. This information is used to formulate a clinical diagnosis (as appropriate) and provide service recommendations. The CCA assessment is typically completed in one session.

    Session Range: 45-60 mins

  • Individual Therapy

ICARE offers individual therapy services for children (8+), teens, and adults. We provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to address their specific mental health needs. There is a wide range of benefits and opportunities afforded through individual therapy work. Individual therapy promotes self-exploration, awareness, development, and growth. It allows the opportunity to build your mental health wellness ‘toolbox’ and skills. To ensure individualized treatment one can expect to develop treatment goals tailored to their needs.

    Session Range: 45-60 mins

  • Group Therapy

Challenges and issues can cause a sense of isolation and loneliness. Group therapy can help us feel a sense of community and that we are not carrying the weight of our struggles alone. At ICARE we seek to offer a space for us to travel this road together with others who may have similar goals, challenges, and needs. We offer an array of groups to address common mental health challenges, daily struggles, and life stressors. We seek to provide a sense of hope in the community. This service can be paired with individual therapy or engaged in as a stand-alone service.

    Session Range: 60-90 mins

  • Trauma-Informed Comprehensive Clinical Assessment

Trauma-Informed Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (TICCA) is a formal assessment intended to gather trauma-related information. It captures what brings you in for treatment (concerns or challenges), family history, symptoms & behaviors, and how these are causing problems in your daily life. The TICCA includes the completion of multiple screenings to identify trauma history, trauma impact, current symptoms, and behaviors. This information is used to identify a diagnosis (as appropriate) and to determine which treatment may be most helpful for children or teens who are having identified trauma responses/reactions. Screenings are completed with the child and their caregiver. This assessment is typically completed over two-three sessions.

    Session Range: 75-120 mins

  • Family Therapy

We recognize that mental health does not occur in isolation. At ICARE, we seek to honor the delicate balance and dynamics impacted by life’s stressors. Family Therapy services are offered to assist families with being able to address mental, emotional, and behavioral problems that may be causing family issues. It provides the opportunity to address mental health needs that are impairing familial relationship dynamics. This service can be beneficial in helping families resolve conflict, problem solve, and improve communication. In working with children and adolescents, we believe the family system is incremental in child and adolescent treatment and progress.

    Session Range: 60-90 mins
