Kimberly is a licensed clinical social worker who earned her Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She brings a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from her extensive experience in diverse medical and mental health settings—including non-profit organizations, behavioral health urgent care, and community mental health agencies.

Kimberly is dedicated to providing inclusive, culturally responsive care to children, adolescents, and adults from a wide range of racial, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Motivational Interviewing, allowing her to tailor treatment to each client's individual needs.

With a special interest in attachment-based therapy, Kimberly supports clients in exploring and deepening their relationships—whether with themselves or with others in platonic, romantic, or familial contexts. She emphasizes building insight, emotional connection, and effective communication, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout their journey.
